Engineering & Development
Our team of specialists in product development, process optimization, and toolmaking works continuously to research and discover new solutions and to develop new products. For us, this naturally includes testing new materials and optimizing processes in development and production. Last but not least, we develop the toolings for our plastic injection molding division together and in close coordination with our toolmaker. As a family business, it is particularly important for us to gain and maintain the necessary know-how in house and to invest accordingly.
Quality & Test Lab
Many of our products have a long product life cycle once introduced to the market, some even for several decades. With our quality management and internal test lab, we ensure that the high quality requirements of our customers are met consistently, over time. In our test lab, we continuously test and re-test our products around the clock according to all current international standards. Our internal test specifications often greatly exceed the standard specifications - just as our customers regularly require of our products.
Injection Molding
The core area of our production is plastic injection molding. And the depth of our in house production is high, almost all plastic parts are produced internally in the plastic injection molding division. Our extensive machinery consists of 25 injection molding machines which utilize a clamping force of up to 350 tons and we process mainly technical thermoplastics.
Production
We are very proud to be able to continue to produce our products in Germany, which remains unchanged since the foundation of the company. This is still possible today because we began investing in modern production lines and optimizing processes early on. It also allows us to keep quality, response time and logistics costs under one roof and our control. We produce large series products on our fully automated production lines around the clock with a three shift model.
Assembly
Adjacent to the fully automated production is the assembly, where small series products and delicate chrome casters are assembled partially or completely by hand. These items are subjected to an additional quality check before shipment.
